Does anyone know the title of a book about American Folklore-Folktales? It had a quilt-looking cover picture.?
Q. I know it was a kind of American folklore anthology with chapters on superstitions, a passage about the Hatfield and McCoy feud and general folklore from all over the United States, usually from the 19th century but not necessarily. Its a hardcover book with a bright cover that looks like a quilt pattern, very bright with reds and blues. As far as I can remember it only dealt with American folklore and folklife tales I can't remember the proper title or author name so I can't look it up to buy it.

A. Don't know I'm afraid. Perhaps you could try the American Folklore Society.
